About Brandon Kauffman
Brandon is a Pennsylvania native but moved to the region in 2008. He met his wife, Heather, in 2011 and settled in Gaston County. Following in his father’s footsteps, he got his real estate license in 2012.
Brandon enjoys what he does and loves meeting new people. He is licensed in both North & South Carolina and has helped clients in Gaston, Mecklenburg, Cleveland, Union, Cabarrus, Iredell, and York counties. He loves working with first time homebuyers who need the extra education on the home-buying process to seniors selling their home for the final time and everyone in between. He earned his Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) designation in 2016 and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation in 2017.
Brandon loves spending time with his family. When not working or playing pretend with his princess, Colette, he can often be found on the golf course or the soccer field. He also stays involved in the community and earned the first ever Marsha Williamson Scholarship through the Gaston Association of Realtors in 2018. His community involvement also includes:
